Hana’s research focuses on organizing for collaboration, which may be transnational, strategic or cross-sectoral. She explores the role of artificial intelligence in shaping new forms of organizing through AI-driven cross-sector partnerships in emerging ecosystems. She is particularly interested in how organizations come together across boundaries to create, adapt, or resist change over time using a process research approach.
