Entrepreneurship Basics - From your own idea to the pitch

The Entrepreneurship Basics seminar teaches the basic skills of entrepreneurial thinking and action and guides students through a structured process from the initial business idea to the pitch of a validated business model.

In interdisciplinary teams, participants independently develop a business idea, analyze and validate customer problems and design and test suitable solutions. The focus is on real user needs and their systematic verification.

Students gain practical experience in the identification and validation of customer problems, the development and testing of solutions, the definition of target groups and the analysis of accessibility and willingness to pay.

Methods such as business model canvas, value proposition canvas, rapid prototyping and target group interviews are used. Communication and teamwork strategies are also taught.
