Contents | Content Design thinking is a user-centered innovation management method. The iterative process first analyzes the problem space and builds up a sound understanding of future users. Ideas for solutions are then generated, prototypes are created and tested by the user group. The result is a proven and validated product. Learning objectives During the seminar, students learn basic procedures for realizing user-centered innovations. These are concrete methods that start with the potential user of certain products and services. The method is problem-oriented and emphasizes the specific customer situation. After attending the seminar, students will have a clear understanding of the need to research the needs of end users and will be able to independently apply the methods of Design Thinking to market-driven innovations.
