Entrepreneurship Basics (Track 2)

Seminar content

Seminar content:

The seminar provides an insight into what is important for start-ups and guides you through a structured process from an initial business idea to the pitch of the business model. You will develop, validate and present your business idea in a team. In doing so, you partially simulate the start-up process up to the investor pitch.

Starting with an initial business idea, you will learn to understand and validate customer problems. Together with your teammates and feedback from the other teams and the lecturer, you will develop a sharp business model using tools such as the Value Proposition Canvas, the Business Model Canvas and customer interviews. With the help of further information on rapid prototyping and building investor pitches, you will be able to present the business model. The seminar is teamwork. You will grow together as a team, learn to communicate and work together efficiently in teams and all results, especially the pitch and the written elaboration, will be presented in teams.
