Content | Course Content: The seminar introduces the basics of planning and modeling of business ideas. Based on a structured process, you will be guided through the development of your own business ideas, the derivation and testing of initial business model hypotheses, and the final creation of a business plan. In small teams you will create, develop, validate and present your business model. The basic steps of a start-up process are simulated. Learning Objectives After completing this seminar, students will have learned and actually practiced the whole business model development process. In particular this means that students will know:
