Tanja Himstedt
Tanja Himstedt joined the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Technology Management at KIT in 2012 and is responsible for project controlling and financial administration as well as the coordination of teaching activities.
In close collaboration with the institute's management, she is responsible for personnel and financial planning, the management of the institute's budget, and the continuous improvement of administrative processes. She oversees national and international research projects in administrative and financial matters and serves as the primary point of contact for funding agencies and project sponsors.
Tanja Himstedt studied Romance Languages, American Languages and Business Administration at the University of Hamburg and received her Master's degree in 2006. In 2014 she passed the certified Prince2-Practitioner exam and in 2016-2017 she completed a distance learning course to become a Certified Controlling Specialist (IWW).
