Development of a Marketing Strategy for a Support Tool for Digital Health Entrepreneurs
The potential of applying digital technologies in the healthcare industry is immense. Empowering patients, providing decision support for doctors, and improving health outcomes are just a few examples of the possibilities. However, business models in digital healthcare are complex, and entrepreneurs looking to establish ventures in this domain face numerous barriers, including dealing with multiple stakeholders and navigating intricate regulations.
The primary objective of this thesis project is to examine how a previously developed artifact, comprising a canvas-like tool and a digital solution, can be effectively marketed to reach entrepreneurs in the digital health sector. Key questions that will guide this exploration, though adaptable based on individual interests, include: What should an ideal marketing strategy for these tools entail? What might an appropriate pricing strategy look like? How could a potential website be designed to support these efforts?
