Swati Bhargava

Swati is a Computer Engineer from Undergraduate training from Delhi College of Engineering (2009) and an MBA postgraduate from IIM Indore, India (2014). Started Fellow Programme in Management at IIM Ahmedabad, India and completed the coursework (2017) before transitioning to the Doctoral position at EnTechnon, KIT. 

Swati also has corporate experience of around six years, across functions, industries and geographies, mostly in technology companies.

Current Thesis Title and responsibilities:

- Researching Women Entrepreneurship with an Intersectionality lens and Narrative studies
- Project lead for STEP: Student Transition and Enhancement Program
