Enhancing Digital Healthcare Startup Success: Leveraging Chatbot-Aided Solutions

The potential of applying digital technologies in the healthcare industry is immense. Empowering patients, providing decision support for doctors, and improving health outcomes are just a few examples of the possibilities. However, business models in digital healthcare are complex, and entrepreneurs looking to establish ventures in this domain face numerous barriers, including dealing with multiple stakeholders and navigating intricate regulations.

The primary objective of this thesis project is to analyze how an artifact, in the form of a chatbot based on large language models, can support early-stage entrepreneurs in developing successful ventures. Some of the questions we will explore but which can be adapted to personal interest include: What are the design requirements that must be met by such a large language model? How can these design requirements be translated into an initial prototype?
