Content | Course Content: This seminar highlights what matters to entrepreneurs and guides you through a structured process from initial business idea to pitching your final business model. In teams you will create, develop, validate and present your business model. Part of this involves simulating a start-up process right through to an investor pitch. Starting with a rough business idea, you will learn to understand and validate customer problems. Together with your teammates and feedback from the other teams and the instructor, you will create a sharp business model using tools such as the Value Proposition Canvas, the Business Model Canvas, and customer interviews. With more information on rapid prototyping and structuring a pitch and one-pager for business angels, you will learn how to present the business you have developed. This seminar is teamwork. You will grow as a team, learn to communicate and work efficiently as a team so that all of your deliverables (the pitch and the written paper) are presented as a team. Credentials: Registration is via the Wiwi portal. Exam: Presentation + active participation + paper. Target group: Bachelor students |
