The master thesis title would be derived after the discussion within the framework of defined subject. The broader research is looking at how a global start-up can be created by bringing in people from different countries resulting into acceleration of value realization. Our research is focused in There are 5 broader phases as listed below:
A) “State of the art” on international entrepreneurship (desk research)
B) Requirements of Co-evolution (case study and founder interviews)
C) Co-evolutionary model design (synthesis, desk research and expert interviews for each key building block)
D) Adoption validation (survey)
E) Action research (optional)
So far we are about to complete Phase A and B, where we had a Master’s student and a Bachelor’s student as part of the team. Based on the work we did here, we already submitted a paper, our master student stayed in India for 3 months. We also intend to write one more paper and issue the master thesis certificate.

Ashutosh is an INSEAD alumnus (Financial times scholar) having 20+ years of business experience with market leading companies (SAP, Siemens, Schindler and TATA) based out of Germany, Switzerland and India. Since 2002 he is working with SAP at their head office in Germany. In his current role as chief business consultant he leads “IoT & Digital Experience” strategy services across EMEA region.
His core expertise includes bringing new technology/services to market, developing new markets, digital transformation, internationalization and Entrepreneurship.
